How to organize your binder for school :)

In this blog post I will explain and show some items that you can use to keep your binder organized for school

 •  There are many types and sizes and colors for binders, choose one that you like the best.
Try to find a binder that has the rings on the back spine
Remember to put your name and class somewhere on the front of the binder

• For class you will have to take some notes. A notebook will be very handy but I suggest only using a one subject notebook because if you have more than one subject notebook then it will be very hard to close your Binder

• You  will have to turn some assignments in and you may not want to tear out a piece of paper out of your notebook, so I suggest purchasing some looseleaf paper and you can put that in the back folder of your binder or a binder pocket

• You can use dividers to section off different categories for your class/subject

  Examples:

                    Blue tab-Math
                    Red tab - Music

• You you can put looseleaf paper or worksheets that do not have holes or small notebooks in a binder pocket

• To have your pencils and pens all in one place, use a binder pencil pouch. There are many different style and colors.

• Binder clips help you keep together papers that you might need to turn in the next day or that you know you may need very soon

• You cannot go to class unprepared. So Fillup your Binder pencil pouch with pencils, pens, markers, etc.

This is all of the items that I would suggest using to keep your binder organized for school. In my next blog post I will show and explain what you should keep in a school  pencil bag

If you have any questions about anything school related don't be afraid to leave a comment and I will give my best to answer and get back to you

How to decorate your locker :)

                         Girls

In my previous blog post I explained and showed you how to organize your locker. I mentioned that I would make another blog post of how to decorate your locker.

If you would like to decorate you locker  with the theme, take some time to really think about what seems you would like to put in the locker. Make sure it's a theme that you know that you will not grow out of quickly. Because if you pick a theme that you will possibly grow out of by the second month of school you would have to redo your entire locker. Having to redo your entire locker is something everybody tries to avoid.

When you begin decorating your locker, know your limits, try not to go overboard with all the decorations there are for lockers.Make sure to ask your school about decorating your lockers. Some schools allow the students to decorate the lockers and others do not.

• The first decoration I would suggest using is a locker rug. There are various types of textures and colors.

You can purchase these at Walmart, target,Office Depot,OfficeMax,during the back-to-school season

• The following decoration I would recommend using in your locker is stickers or locker decals. There are a lot of different colors, types, themes, etc.

You can purchase these at any of the mentions stores for the previous item

• I would recommend putting a locker mirror in your locker

• it's always nice to have a whiteboard in your locker and some whiteboards come with the small corkboard like the one in this picture

( in the picture it looks like a mirror, it is a whiteboard)

  • if you have a space in your locker I think it would be really cute touch to add a locker chandelier. If you don't have the space there are always cute alternatives

 • The last item I would recommend using in your locker is magnetic wallpaper. They are super easy to use and they come in many, many, many styles and colors

This is the end of my blog post. If you have any questions regarding any school related topic you know don't be afraid to ask in comments. In my next blog post I will talk about how to organize your binder.

Lockers ......(can be a pain)

"How am I supposed to open it?!!!"

"I am not going to be able to fit all of my stuff in this tiny little locker!!!"

"There's only one shelf??!!"

Lockers are one of the most exciting parts of middle school.

Sometimes keeping a locker clean and organized to be very difficult especially if you have a lot of classes and not enough time in your passing period

Some people like to decorate their locker with a theme, and others like to keep their locker plain

There's a lot of shelving and magnetized objects that can help you organize your locker and I going to list them and show a picture and put a little description of how they can be used and what can be stored In them

  • The first thing is a metal shelf.
You can use these to place your notebooks, folders, textbooks, binders, anything along that line

You can purchase these at Walmart, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and any other office supply store

 • The next thing I would recommend using is a magnetic organizing cup
People usually place theses on the locker door on the inside and you can use this to place pencils, pens, markers, etc.

You can purchase this item as well at Walmart, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and any other supply store

 • This next item is mostly for more space for your sweaters, jackets, gym bags, and things like that
You can use command hooks on either, the very back of your locker, or the inside of the locker door to make space to hang items

You can purchase these at any of the mention stores from the previous items

• I recommend you have a bag or a small box full of essential needs and girls may have a little bit more than guys but we all need some things like deodorant, perfume, Chapstick, hair comb, etc.
If you would like to know how to put together some essential needs, you guys can go ahead and go to YouTube and check out Bethany Moto's DIY  on how to put together all your needs it is in her locker organization video.

That is all of my advice for keeping your locker organize and I think I'm going to do another blog post on how to decorate your locker because you know it's a little home away from home and you want to have it nice and cute but if you want to keep your locker just plain and organize it's all up to you
